There is always a need to motivate and inspire those whom we count on to inspire our children. If the author is able to illustrate this through examples, humor and warmth-I think this will be most valuable. One can never have too much motivation. The material seems to be organized in a logical manner. I think the case studies always help people to identify better and they are then more likely to use the techniques or information outlined. Im confident that case studies that have been taken from actual incidents will be universal to all those in this industry and easy to relate to. From what I can see in the outline, this looks like a very thorough and relevant resource for early childhood education. Most Center Directors or management either use nothing or use something more suited to the outside business world and many applications do not apply to childcare. I think this resource would be very beneficial to them. The authors writing style was clear and concise. It is appropriate for the audience and keeps the readers attention. I enjoyed the writing style.
