Christian Bucks is a second—grader at Roundtown Elementary School in Manchester Township. Once he noticed that some of his friends didn't have anyone to play with on the playground.He decided to put a bench for them on the playground."If two kids are sitting at the bench， they may want to play together，"Christian thought.
" Bucks first learned of the buddy bench idea when his father talked about moving to other companies，"Alyson Bucks， Christian's mother told me. "We show we care about others when we ask others to play，" Bucks said."I also hope that new friendship will be made because of the buddy bench."
