作者简介
倪清泉，西南政法大学教授，研究生导师，孔子学院院长。从事大学本科及研究生教学（普通英语、法律英语、跨文化交际学、科研方法与论文写作等）工作近40年；分别在美国和泰国工作、学习6年。出版《法律英语高级教程》等专著、词典、教材7本，在国内外发表论文19篇，主持省部级课题7项，获教育部优秀教学成果二等奖和重庆市政府教学成果二等奖各1次。
谢金荣，西南政法大学副教授。发表学术论文十余篇，其中外语类核心期刊三篇。参加编写和翻译《法律英语教程》（外语教学与研究出版社）《国际经济贸易标准法律文书范本》（法律出版社）等近十本法律英语教材和著作。

（解释）leasehold意为“不动产的租赁保有权”，是对土地拥有的一定期限内的所有权，租赁期限终止后，其所有权自动归还给所有者（freeholder）。那么与其相对应的freehold则指的是无限期地拥有对某一不动产及其附属动产的所有权。总体说来，由于leasehold与freehold所指的均不是不动产的绝对所有权，因而，此两种土地的主人常不称为owner，而只称为holder或tenant。
