The train sets off from Guiyang North Railway Station at 9 a.m.and is expected toarrive in Guangzhou at 2： 47 p.m.with sevenstops altogether.Passengers cheered when thetrain reached 250 kilometers per hour， its topspeed.
"This is a historic moment for the people of Guizhou.It's the first high—speed railway linkingGuizhou， my hometown.I have been lookingforward to this moment for a long time，" onetraveler said.
