年起,从事儿童教育工作,创办北京凝爱儿童教育咨询中心,专攻心理学在学前教育领域应用,擅长家庭教育指导、教师职业心理健康、幼儿园的家园共育及管理咨询;年起,长期担任多家北京市市级示范幼儿园教育顾问;近年来,担任国内各大媒体教育频道专栏心理指导专家,与央视、中国教育电视台、辽宁卫视、北京卫视各大频道均有深入合作。
